Lead the floor with confident cutting, clean finishing, and strong client experience. You’ll set the standard for consistency while supporting junior barbers with guidance and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium haircuts and fades with precise finishing and clean grow out

• Run quick consults, confirm expectations, and recommend styles that suit clients

• Maintain workstation hygiene and tool care to a high standard

• Support team flow during peak times, including mentoring and quality checks
